About the Band
Cariboo Hill Temple is proud to have a longtime running brass band, established in 1888 when we were known as Vancouver Temple. Our band follows the traditional British Brass Band model, and loves to play a variety of musical selections; favourites being marches that get you up out of your seat and clapping! The band plays every Sunday morning during the service, and practices every Thursday evening at the church from 8:30 - 10:15 PM. Outside of the regular Sunday service, the band also enjoys putting on concerts, playing for seniors homes, and providing music for outdoor kettle and caroling events.
